Riberas began karting in Spain in 2007 and joined the junior programme at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in 2009. He made his single-seater debut in the Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0 in 2010, racing for Epsilon Euskadi and finishing eighth in the championship. In 2011 with EPIC Racing he improved to sixth in the Eurocup standings and added race victories in the Formula Renault 2.0 Alps Series. He competed in the Eurocup again in 2012 with Josef Kaufmann Racing, finishing ninth. During those years he also made individual appearances in the Formula Renault 2.0 NEC championship and, in 2012, scored podium finishes in both races of his sole European F3 Open Championship appearance.
Riberas entered the Porsche Carrera Cup Germany in 2013, competing with Attempto Racing. In 2014 he joined the Porsche Supercup as a member of Porsche's junior driver programme, moving to the Heart of Racing by Lechner team for 2015, where he finished fifth in the championship standings and took one race victory at Circuit of the Americas.
Riberas made his IMSA debut in 2014 in the GTD class with Alex Job Racing and Team Seattle, contesting selected endurance events in a Porsche 911 GT America. In 2015 he took a class victory at the 12 Hours of Sebring alongside Ian James and Mario Farnbacher. A further class win followed during the 2016 season, in which he finished fifth in the GTD championship with Alex Job Racing.
After becoming an Aston Martin factory driver, Riberas joined Heart of Racing in 2020. He stepped up to full-time IMSA competition in 2022 in the new GTD Pro class, sharing an Aston Martin Vantage AMR GT3 and finishing fourth in the championship, with two race victories. In 2023 he again took two wins and finished fifth in GTD Pro. He added a further win in the 2024 GTD Pro season and finished ninth in that year's standings. For 2025 and 2026 he has competed in the GTP class with the Aston Martin Valkyrie AMR-LMH prototype as part of the THOR Team programme.
Riberas made his WEC debut in 2023 when Heart of Racing took over the Northwest AMR entry in the GTE Am class, including his first start at the 24 Hours of Le Mans where he finished sixth in class. In 2024 he competed in the LMGT3 class, finishing fifth in the championship standings with one win — at the Lone Star Le Mans at Circuit of the Americas — and taking pole position during the season. For 2025 he stepped up to the Hypercar category with the Aston Martin THOR Team, driving the Valkyrie AMR-LMH in the full WEC season alongside his IMSA commitments.
Riberas holds FIA Gold driver categorisation, having been rated Silver in 2014 and 2016. His career record in IMSA includes victories in the 12 Hours of Sebring (2015, GTD), class wins across the 2016, 2022, 2023, and 2024 seasons, and regular championship top-five finishes in the GTD Pro class.
