António Maria de Mello Breyner Félix da Costa (born 31 August 1991 in Cascais, Portugal) is a Portuguese racing driver who won the 2019–20 Formula E World Championship with Techeetah and has claimed 14 ePrix victories across 12 seasons in that series. He also won the Macau Grand Prix invitational Formula Three race in both 2012 and 2016, and holds the FIA Endurance Trophy for LMP2 Drivers (2022) among his endurance racing achievements.

Félix da Costa began karting at nine years of age and won the Portuguese Championship and Portuguese Karting Open in 2002. After several karting titles, he entered single-seater racing in 2008, competing in the Formula Renault Eurocup and Northern European Cup. He finished runner-up in the NEC that year, 86 points behind eventual champion Valtteri Bottas. In 2009, Félix da Costa dominated the NEC, winning the title, while narrowly losing the Eurocup championship to Jean-Éric Vergne on a tiebreaker.

His Formula Three Euro Series campaign from 2010 brought a seventh-place championship finish as top rookie, alongside his first Portuguese victory in the series. In 2011 he made a Macau Grand Prix appearance with Hitech Racing. The 2012 season proved transformative: racing for Carlin, Félix da Costa won the Macau Grand Prix to become the first Portuguese winner of the event since Eduardo de Carvalho in 1954. He also made his mark in GP3, taking multiple victories, and was selected mid-season by the Red Bull Junior Team to join Arden Caterham in the Formula Renault 3.5 Series, where he won four races from his debut mid-season — finishing fourth overall despite missing the first five rounds. The Red Bull Junior Team subsequently invited him to the Young Drivers' Test in Abu Dhabi, where he set the fastest time on day two.

Félix da Costa made his debut in the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters in 2014 with BMW MTEK alongside Timo Glock. The season yielded six championship points from two points-scoring finishes, placing him 21st overall. He was retained for 2015, moving to BMW Team Schnitzer alongside Martin Tomczyk.

His second DTM season proved significantly more productive. Félix da Costa did not score until race seven at Zandvoort, but that weekend became his breakthrough moment: he finished second in the first race for his first DTM podium, then won the second Zandvoort race for his maiden DTM victory. He rose as high as eighth in the championship during the season, ultimately finishing eleventh overall. After 2015, Félix da Costa did not continue in the DTM, pivoting fully toward Formula E.

Félix da Costa entered Formula E from the inaugural 2014–15 season with Team Aguri, racing in rounds that did not clash with his DTM schedule. He won at the 2015 Buenos Aires ePrix from eighth on the grid. The 2015–16 season brought recurring misfortune: a potential win at the 2016 Buenos Aires ePrix was denied by a mechanical failure, and a sensational pole position at Long Beach was converted to a disqualification after a minor tyre pressure infringement.

After spells with Andretti and BMW i Andretti Motorsport, Félix da Costa moved to the DS Techeetah team in 2019–20 and delivered the championship, winning four ePrix during the season. He has since competed for Porsche and then Jaguar in Formula E, accumulating 14 career ePrix wins. He also won the Macau Grand Prix again in 2016, becoming the first driver to win the invitational race twice.

Alongside Formula E, Félix da Costa established himself in endurance racing. He won the FIA Endurance Trophy for LMP2 Drivers in 2022 with the Jota team. He currently competes in the FIA World Endurance Championship for Alpine.

Félix da Costa's combination of a Formula E world championship, two Macau Grand Prix victories, and a DTM race win makes him the most decorated Portuguese racing driver in circuit racing history. His 2012 Macau win, becoming the first Portuguese victor since 1954, was the moment that established him on the world stage before his Formula E career cemented his place among the elite.
