Casoli grew up in a motorsport environment. Her father served as Sporting Director for the Alfa Romeo Formula One team during the 1980s, and throughout her childhood she frequented European racing paddocks, attending events in the Renault R5 Cup, Formula 3, and Formula One. Away from motorsport she graduated with a master's degree in architecture and works professionally as a graphic designer.
Casoli began racing in 1996 at the Magione Circuit in a Renault Clio 16V Cup car. She went on to compete in a variety of Italian series: the Italian Renault Clio Cup with Giuliani Corse, the Saxo Cup, the Rover MGF Cup, the Mini English Trophy, and the Smart Thompson Micro Cup. She stopped racing in 2002 to concentrate on her architecture career and family.
Casoli returned to competition in 2013 with support from fellow driver Valentina Albanese, contesting the Franciacorta 4-hour endurance race in a Seat Ibiza Cupra Cup. In 2015 she competed in the Italian SEAT Ibiza Cup with Scuderia Girasole, starting 10 of 12 rounds.
In 2016 Casoli tested a NASCAR Whelen Euro Series car and made her competition debut at Valencia driving the No. 8 Ford Mustang for Vict Motorsport. For the playoff rounds at Adria International Raceway and Circuit Zolder she switched to the No. 56 Chevrolet SS fielded by CAAL Racing, sharing the entry with Nicolò Rocca. She won the 2016 EuroNASCAR Lady Cup, taking seven class wins and leading from the opening round in Valencia to the finale in Belgium. She was honoured at the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte in December 2016 and received the opportunity to test a NASCAR Late Model at New Smyrna Speedway with NASCAR champion Mike Skinner as her coach.
From 2017 to 2021 Casoli drove for CAAL Racing in the No. 54 Chevrolet, sharing the entry with four-time EuroNASCAR champion Alon Day and Gianmarco Ercoli. During this period she won two Lady Trophy titles and one Legend Trophy in the Over 40 category. Her best overall result was a fifth-place finish at Zolder in 2020, and she finished 11th in the 200-point final standings.
In 2022 Casoli joined SpeedHouse Racing, the team owned by Lucas Lasserre, driving the No. 14 Ford Mustang in the OPEN division. She won Lady Trophy titles in both 2023 and 2024, extending her total to five. She competed in the opening two rounds of the 2025 NASCAR Euro Series season.
On 15–17 November 2024, Casoli competed in the final round of the NASCAR Brasil Series at Curvelo, which also marked the inauguration of Brazil's first fully oval circuit. The appearance made her the first woman to start in that championship. Her connection to Brazil extends to her childhood, as her father worked professionally in the country during that period.
Casoli co-hosted the Italian NASCAR Whelen Euro Series television magazine on La3TV alongside former Formula One driver Alex Caffi and MotoGP champion Marco Lucchinelli. She is among the most recognisable figures in the EuroNASCAR paddock, known for fan engagement at autograph signings and on social media.
Five EuroNASCAR Lady Trophy championships (2016, 2019, 2021, 2023, 2024), one EuroNASCAR Legend Trophy championship (Over 40), and over 50 class wins in EuroNASCAR competition.
