ART Grand Prix is a French motor racing team that competes in formula single-seaters in Europe. Created in 2005 as a collaborative project between Frédéric Vasseur, the principal of ASM Formule 3, and Nicolas Todt, the son of the then Scuderia Ferrari team principal and eventually Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) president Jean Todt, the team initially aimed to expand Vasseur’s successful Formula Three operation into the newly created GP2 Series. Todt, with experience as a driver manager representing Felipe Massa, focused on the team’s commercial and promotional interests, while Vasseur managed day-to-day operations.

ART Grand Prix was created in 2005 as a collaborative project between Frédéric Vasseur, the principal of ASM Formule 3, and Nicolas Todt, the son of the then Scuderia Ferrari team principal and eventually Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) president Jean Todt. Vasseur wanted to expand his championship-winning Formula Three team into the newly created GP2 Series, while Nicolas Todt had expressed an interest in team management. He had become involved in motorsport as a driver manager, notably representing Felipe Massa. Todt took charge of the new team's commercial and promotional interests, while Vasseur ran it day-to-day. In April 2007, Bahrain Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa bought 30% of the team. Todt sold his shares in December 2018.

In the team's debut GP2 season in 2005, Nico Rosberg became the inaugural GP2 Drivers' Champion, securing the Teams' Championship title for ART. Rosberg demonstrated consistent performance, scoring points at every race meeting as his championship challenge strengthened throughout the year. Teammate Alexandre Prémat finished fourth in the championship. In 2006, Lewis Hamilton won the GP2 championship for ART Grand Prix, having previously dominated the F3 Euroseries with ASM Formule 3. Hamilton’s debut season saw an impressive title win, though his performance faced increased competition mid-season. In 2007, Lucas di Grassi finished as runner-up in the GP2 drivers' championship for ART, achieving a single race win. In 2009, Nico Hülkenberg won the GP2 drivers' championship for ART Grand Prix, securing five victories and 100 points. In 2015, Stoffel Vandoorne claimed the driver's title, and the team won the Team Championship.

ART entered the inaugural GP3 Series in 2010, with Esteban Gutiérrez becoming the first champion and securing the teams' championship. The team continued its success in 2011, with Valtteri Bottas winning the championship. They secured a third consecutive teams' championship in 2012. In 2015, Esteban Ocon secured the GP3 championship for ART, while the team won the team's title. In 2016, Charles Leclerc and Alexander Albon claimed the roles of champion and vice-champion respectively, and the team secured their sixth constructors title.

From 2005 to 2009, while operating as ASM Formule 3, the team won five consecutive teams' titles. The drivers' championships during this period were won by Lewis Hamilton, Paul di Resta, Romain Grosjean, Nico Hülkenberg and Jules Bianchi respectively. Future Formula One drivers Adrian Sutil, Sebastian Vettel and Kamui Kobayashi also achieved success with the team. In 2010, the team’s dominance was broken by Signature, who fielded Edoardo Mortara to victory.

The team has also competed in the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters, fielding two Mercedes-Benz AMG C63 Class Coupé DTM cars in 2015 and 2016. ART Grand Prix also provided technical support for SMP Racing in the LMP1 Class of the 2018 FIA World Endurance Championship and currently provides technical support to GPX Racing.

ART Grand Prix currently competes in FIA Formula 2 Championship, FIA Formula 3 Championship, Formula Regional European Championship, F1 Academy, Italian F4 Championship, Euro 4 Championship, and Formula Regional Middle East Championship.

ART launched an entry into Formula One as one of many candidates for the 2011 season, but withdrew their bid due to unfavorable economic conditions.
