Charles Roger Claude Milesi (born 4 March 2001) is a French racing driver who won the 2021 FIA World Endurance Championship and the 24 Hours of Le Mans in the LMP2 class. A factory driver for Alpine in the Hypercar category, he secured the manufacturer's first overall World Championship victory at the 2025 6 Hours of Fuji. Milesi is also the 2025 European Le Mans Series champion.

Born in 2001, Milesi is the son of Patrice Milesi, who also competed as a racing driver. Following a successful period in karting, he transitioned to single-seater racing in 2017.

Milesi’s early career focused on Formula Renault, where he competed in various series for two years. His most notable result during this period was a seventh-place finish in the 2018 Formula Renault Eurocup. In 2019, he gained his first experience with prototype machinery during a WEC rookie test at the 8 Hours of Bahrain, driving for Racing Team Nederland.

His transition to endurance racing accelerated in 2020. After a positive test with Graff Racing at the Castellet 240, he joined the team for his debut at the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Driving an Oreca 07 in the LMP2 category alongside Vincent Capillaire and James Allen, the entry failed to finish after a crash in the final hour. Later that year, he joined DragonSpeed for the 4 Hours of Monza; while the car finished third on the road, it was subsequently disqualified due to a non-compliant diffuser height. Milesi also competed in the 2020 Super Formula Championship for Buzz Racing with B-MAX.

In 2021, Milesi joined the newcomer Team WRT for a full campaign in the FIA World Endurance Championship, partnering Robin Frijns and Ferdinand Habsburg. Despite being categorized as a silver-rated driver, Milesi secured the LMP2 class pole position at the 6 Hours of Monza. The season was defined by a victory at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, where the trio inherited the lead on the final lap after their sister car suffered a mechanical failure. Following further success at the 6 Hours of Bahrain, Milesi and his teammates clinched the LMP2 world title at the season finale.

For the 2022 season, Milesi moved to the Richard Mille Racing Team. Partnered with Lilou Wadoux and Sébastien Ogier, the team struggled as both of Milesi's teammates were LMP2 rookies, eventually finishing ninth in the standings. In 2023, the team rebranded as Alpine Elf Team. Partnering Julien Canal and Matthieu Vaxivière, Milesi recorded the fastest race lap on four occasions. The crew finished fourth at Le Mans and second at Monza, ending the year seventh in the LMP2 standings.

Milesi was promoted to Alpine’s Hypercar programme for the 2024 season, driving the Alpine A424. Alongside Paul-Loup Chatin and Habsburg, he scored the car's first points with a seventh-place finish in Qatar. At the 6 Hours of Austin, Milesi qualified the car fourth and finished fifth. Although he was penalized for a collision at Fuji, the season concluded with a fourth-place finish in Bahrain, helping Alpine secure fourth in the manufacturers' standings.

In 2025, Milesi continued with Alpine in the No. 35 Hypercar. After a difficult start to the season involving battery issues and struggles in wet conditions, the team achieved a historic victory at the 6 Hours of Fuji. By opting for a two-tyre change at the final pit stop, Milesi jumped into the lead and held off the field to secure Alpine’s first Hypercar win. This marked the first overall WEC victory for an all-Gold rated driver lineup.

At the 2021 24 Hours of Le Mans, Milesi was part of one of the closest finishes in the event's history. His No. 31 WRT car took the LMP2 victory by less than a second over the No. 28 Jota entry after the leading sister WRT car broke down on the final lap.

In the 2024 European Le Mans Series, Milesi was involved in a controversial finish at Imola. After crossing the line first, his Panis Racing team was demoted to second for a virtual safety car infringement. However, the penalty was later overturned, restoring the victory. Conversely, at the 2024 Portimão finale, a final-hour collision with Felipe Drugovich resulted in a penalty that dropped Milesi's car to fourth.

Milesi's 2021 season established him as a premier endurance competitor, winning both the Le Mans 24 Hours and the FIA World Endurance Championship in his first full year in the category. By 2025, he had secured major titles in both world and continental competition, supplemented by his role in Alpine's first top-class victory. His achievements were recognized by the publication Le Bien Public, which named him male athlete of the year in both 2021 and 2025.

In addition to his World Championship duties, Milesi has been a frequent competitor in the European Le Mans Series (ELMS). In 2024, driving for Panis Racing by TDS, he secured a victory at Imola. In 2025, driving for VDS Panis Racing alongside Esteban Masson and Oliver Gray, Milesi won races at Imola, Spa, and Portimão to claim the ELMS championship title.

During the 2025–26 Asian Le Mans Series, Milesi drove for Cetilar Racing. The team won both opening races at Sepang but ultimately finished second in the championship standings following a qualifying incident in Abu Dhabi that forced Milesi to start from the back of the grid.
