Chloe Chong (born 27 March 2007, Watford, Hertfordshire, England) is a British racing driver of Canadian parentage who became the youngest competitor in the inaugural 2023 F1 Academy season. Educated at Sevenoaks School in Kent, she made the direct leap from karting to open-wheel racing at the age of 16 and has since extended her programme across single-seaters, endurance, and GT competition.

Chong began karting in 2013 at Buckmore Park Kart Circuit. She made her international debut in the Rotax Max Euro Trophy and the IAME Ladies Cup in France in 2021. In 2020 she had finished seventh in the Kartmasters British GP Mini Max class. The following year she placed 51st in the Rotax Max Euro Trophy Junior Max category. In 2022 Chong was named a finalist for the FIA Girls on Track – Rising Stars programme, an FIA-sanctioned female talent detection initiative, which included two days of testing in a Formula 4 car.

On 15 March 2023 it was announced that Chong would race in the inaugural F1 Academy season with Prema Racing. She was the youngest driver in the field — the only one making the direct transition from karting to open-wheel racing — and finished 14th of 15 classified drivers, scoring 25 points across 21 races. Results ranged from sixth at the Red Bull Ring opener to retirements and high-teens finishes as the learning curve of single-seater racing registered.

Chong returned to F1 Academy in 2025 with Rodin Motorsport, backed by cosmetics brand Charlotte Tilbury. During Miami Race 1 she received a three-place grid penalty for causing a collision. Her best result of the season was fifth in the third race at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve in Canada. She finished the season 11th overall with 18 points before departing Rodin at the campaign's end.

In December 2023 Chong contested two rounds of the Indian Racing League with Speed Demons Delhi. She scored a points finish — tenth place — in her second race, recovering from a mistake that had initially left her two laps down.

For the 2024 season Chong joined the F4 British Championship with JHR Developments, contesting 30 races across eight rounds. Her best individual result was seventh place at Donington Park, and she accumulated 16 championship points over the year, finishing 24th. She was awarded the Pirelli Hardest Charger Award for round six at Zandvoort, having gained 25 positions across the three races of that round.

In 2025 Chong returned to British F4 alongside her F1 Academy campaign, this time with Rodin Motorsport. The season produced limited results, and she ended the year 36th in the standings with 2 points.

In October 2025 Chong participated in the European Le Mans Series rookie test at the Autodromo Internacional do Algarve, driving the CLX Motorsport Ligier JS P325 LMP3. In March 2026 it was confirmed that she would contest the 2026 Nürburgring Langstrecken-Serie in both the VT2-RWD and AT2 classes for Giti Tire Motorsport by WS Racing, driving a BMW 228i. Early 2026 NLS results included a second-place class finish in the AT2 category at round two.
