The Circuito de Navarra is a permanent motor racing facility located near the town of Los Arcos in the Navarre region of northern Spain. Opened in June 2010, the circuit measures 4.313 kilometres in length and has hosted a wide range of national and international championships in both car and motorcycle racing since its inauguration.

The circuit was inaugurated on 19 June 2010 with a demonstration by the MotoGP Inmotec machine, and its first national test session followed on 31 July. Designed as a permanent road course, it quickly attracted top-tier international motorsport categories, including the Superleague Formula series and the FIA GT1 World Championship in its opening years.

In November 2022, British circuit operator MSV (MotorSport Vision) won the bid to purchase the Circuito de Navarra. As part of its acquisition agreement, MSV resurfaced the circuit and established a new calendar programme for 2023, while maintaining the existing circuit management team.

In January 2024, the circuit announced a two-phase renovation and extension programme. The first phase, completed between January and March 2024, involved resurfacing and realigning Turn 6. The second phase, carried out between July and September 2024, extended the total circuit length to its current 4.313 kilometres.

From its opening, the Circuito de Navarra attracted major series including Auto GP, the Blancpain Endurance Series, the FIA GT3 European Championship, the FIM CEV Moto2 and Moto3 European Championships, and the Lamborghini Super Trofeo Europe. The circuit hosted its first World Superbike Championship round in August 2021, following an announcement in March that year.

In May 2014, the circuit served as the venue for the second weekend of Acceleration 2014, a festival format combining top-level car and motorcycle racing with live music. The 24H Series held a Spanish round at Navarra in 2018.

Following the MSV acquisition, the circuit hosted official British Superbike Championship test sessions in March 2023 and its first British Superbike Championship race weekend in April 2024. The circuit has also become part of the calendar for the British Supersport Championship and the British Talent Cup.

In cycling, the circuit served as the start of stage 16 of the 2017 Vuelta a España and stage 12 of the 2019 Vuelta a España, reflecting its broader use as a multi-sport venue.

Current regular events at the circuit include the Ultimate Winter Cup in March, rounds of the Spanish Superbike Championship and Spanish Truck Championship, and various GT and touring car events in autumn including the TCR Spain Touring Car Championship, F4 Spanish Championship, and the GR Cup Spain.

As of 2024, the unofficial lap record at the Circuito de Navarra belongs to Joseph Loake, set in December 2024 during GB3 testing with a Tatuus MSV GB3-025 at a time of 1:40.620.

The Circuito de Navarra established itself within its first decade as one of the more active permanent road circuits in northern Spain, serving both international championship events and a varied calendar of national series. The circuit's acquisition by MSV and subsequent investment in resurfacing and extension marked a new phase in its development, aligning it more closely with the British motorsport calendar while preserving its position as a key venue for Spanish domestic racing.
