Pin began karting at the age of nine and entered the national championship in 2016. She competed for three years, finishing tenth and fifth in the junior class before winning the female category in 2019. She also competed in the FIA Motorsport Games in the Karting Slalom Cup alongside Esteban Masson.
In 2020, Pin made her car racing debut with GPA Racing in Renault Clio Cup France, contesting the first three events and finishing second in the junior category with a best finish of ninth.
Moving to full-time competition in 2021, Pin raced in the GT3 class of the Le Mans Cup for Iron Lynx alongside Sarah Bovy and Manuela Gostner. She scored five podiums and finished fifth in the drivers' standings.
In November 2021 she was selected for a one-day FIA Formula 3 test at Magny-Cours alongside fellow Iron Dames racer Maya Weug and W Series drivers Nerea Martí and Irina Sidorkova.
Pin made her Ferrari Challenge Europe debut in the Pro category in 2021, finishing sixth in the season finale at Mugello. In 2022, remaining with Scuderia Niki Hasler – Iron Lynx, she dominated the season: nine wins from 14 races, ten pole positions, eleven fastest laps, and the title secured with one round to spare. She later described the season as one where she had "really grown", crediting it with teaching her how to better relay feedback to her team.
After the third round of the 2022 European Le Mans Series season, Pin replaced Rahel Frey in the Iron Lynx all-female lineup. Despite an early retirement at Barcelona, the squad finished second at Spa-Francorchamps, where Pin set the fastest lap in the GTE category. At the season finale at the Algarve International Circuit she took pole position and the team took its first-ever series victory.
In February 2026, Pin joined the Duqueine Team for the 2026 European Le Mans Series in the LMP2 Pro-Am class. A month later she was named a development driver for Peugeot TotalEnergies' Hypercar programme. At the season opener in Barcelona, teammate Giorgio Roda qualified on pole in class; Pin led the majority of her stint before being overtaken by Algarve Pro's Malthe Jakobsen, and Richard Verschoor brought the car home second, though a 10-second penalty dropped the result to third.
As a prize for her 2022 Ferrari Challenge title, Pin was invited to the FIA WEC rookie test in Bahrain. She made her prototype race debut in 2023 with Prema Racing, partnering Mirko Bortolotti and Daniil Kvyat as the silver-ranked driver. Bortolotti praised her performance at the series prologue. At the opening round Pin took her first LMP2 podium, finishing third after Bortolotti had pitted from the lead with minutes remaining. At Portimão, a strong qualifying effort by Bortolotti put the car on pole; Pin lost the lead to Sean Gelael at the start and relinquished the car to Kvyat, who finished fourth. During the 6 Hours of Spa-Francorchamps, Pin took the race lead in mixed conditions before dropping to second following an overtake from Tom Blomqvist; despite strong teammate stints, a three-minute stop-go penalty for a safety car infringement left the No. 63 car tenth at the flag. At season's end, Pin received the FIA WEC Revelation of the Year Award, becoming the first woman to do so.
In 2023, Pin also contested three Endurance Cup rounds in the IMSA SportsCar Championship for the Iron Dames in the GTD class. At the season-ending Petit Le Mans she posted the best lap-time averages across the GTD category, though the team finished three laps down due to mechanical issues.
With the LMP2 category removed from WEC and Prema discontinuing their LMP2 programme, Pin rejoined the Iron Dames for the 2024 FIA WEC season, partnering Michelle Gatting and Sarah Bovy in the new LMGT3 class. Her season was cut short after Imola due to her Formula Regional European Championship campaign, and she was provisionally replaced by Rahel Frey. She was subsequently forced to withdraw from Le Mans as well after suffering broken ribs in a cycling accident.
Pin made her single-seater debut in 2023, contesting the final two rounds of the Formula 4 South East Asia Championship with Prema Racing alongside rookies Kean Nakamura-Berta and Tomass Štolcermanis. She took three podiums and a victory at Sepang, finishing second in the championship. In 2024, she raced four rounds of the Formula 4 UAE Championship with Prema, securing one pole position, one victory, and tenth in the championship.
Pin competed in the Formula Regional European Championship in 2024 with Iron Dames, part of the series' first all-female lineup alongside Marta García. During the second round at Spa-Francorchamps she was withdrawn from the second race due to a flu-like condition, and missed the third round at Zandvoort after fracturing ribs in a cycling accident. Her highest finish was 14th, and she placed 27th in the overall standings. In 2025 she returned to FRECA with Prema Racing while also contesting a partial Formula Regional Middle East Championship campaign with Prema-affiliated Mumbai Falcons; she announced her withdrawal from FRECA later in the season to focus on the F1 Academy title chase.
Pin entered the 2024 F1 Academy season with Prema Racing, representing Mercedes under the series' Formula One constructor affiliation system. At the opening round in Jeddah she took pole for both races and led every lap to win Races 1 and 2, narrowly missing the fastest lap in Race 1. She was subsequently demoted to ninth in Race 2 following a combination of team and driver errors. Further victories at Zandvoort and Lusail saw her finish runner-up, 121 points behind champion Abbi Pulling.
Retained by Mercedes and Prema for 2025, Pin scored her first race win of the season in Race 2 in Shanghai, then won again in Miami, and took Race 1 in Montreal, taking the championship lead after engine difficulties hampered rival Maya Weug. After finishing fifth in the season finale at Las Vegas, she clinched the championship title — the third winner in the history of the F1 Academy and the series' first French champion.
In 2024 Pin joined the Mercedes Junior Team. In January 2026 it was announced she would serve as a development driver for Mercedes for the upcoming season. In April 2026, at Silverstone, she became the first woman to drive a Mercedes Formula One car, completing 76 laps in the 2021 W12.
