Fabrizio Crestani (born 17 December 1987) is an Italian racing driver who achieved three wins in Italian Formula Three, a double win at the Magione season finale in Euroseries 3000, and a win in International Formula Master.

Born on 17 December 1987, Crestani is an Italian racing driver. He competed in karting until 2005.

In 2005, Crestani moved into the Formula Junior 1600 Italia championship with PSR Motorsport, finishing fourth in the championship with one win. He placed behind Pasquale Di Sabatino, Mihai Marinescu, and Jaime Alguersuari. That same year, he debuted in the Italian Formula Three Championship at the final round at Misano World Circuit for Corbetta Competizioni. He qualified seventh for both races, securing a sixth and a seventh-place finish, which placed him 13th in the championship.

Crestani continued with Corbetta Competizioni for a full-time Italian F3 season in 2006. He earned one pole position at Vallelunga and five podium finishes, four of which were second places, leading to a fifth-place finish in the championship. He also made an appearance in the British Formula 3 Championship at Mugello, competing in the Invitational Class and finishing 15th and 14th, with lap times comparable to National Class runners.

Crestani remained with Corbetta for a third Italian F3 season in 2007. He secured two more pole positions at Misano and achieved his first wins in the championship at Mugello, leading Mirko Bortolotti in both races. A third win followed later in the year at Vallelunga. Despite these victories, he again finished fifth in the championship, 41 points behind champion Paolo Maria Nocera.

In 2008, Crestani moved to the Euroseries 3000 championship with GP Racing. He finished fifth in the championship, including wins at Mugello and a double victory at the Magione season finale. He also finished eighth in the concurrent Italian series, competing in four of the first five rounds. Additionally, he participated in the International Formula Master series, racing at Valencia, Pau, and Brno for Euronova Racing. His best result was a win at Pau, where he held off champion Chris van der Drift by 0.058 seconds, earning him 0.5 points in the championship.

Crestani joined Ocean Racing Technology for the 2008–09 GP2 Asia Series season, replacing Hiroki Yoshimoto and Luca Filippi from the second round onwards after Tiago Monteiro acquired the BCN Competición team. He did not score points and finished 28th in the championship. He then resumed his Euroseries career with TP Formula, later switching to Emmebi Motorsport for the final round. He secured six podium finishes, one pole position, and one fastest lap from 13 races, finishing fourth in the championship and fifth in the concurrent Italian F3000 championship.

Crestani's 2010 season was fragmented, with four races in Auto GP for DAMS and Trident, and six races in the main GP2 Series for David Price Racing, where he replaced Giacomo Ricci. Due to a lack of sponsorship, he undertook a full 2011 season in Auto GP with the Lazarus team alongside Fabio Onidi, finishing fourth in the championship.

Crestani continued with Lazarus as the team debuted in the GP2 Series in 2012, partnered by Giancarlo Serenelli.

In 2023, after a year away from the series, Crestani returned to the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup, driving for GRT Grasser Racing Team alongside Ricky Capo and Sam Neary.
