Jarno Opmeer (born 11 April 2000) is a Dutch professional sim racer and former racing driver who is the most successful competitor in the history of the Formula One Esports Series. He has won a record three drivers' world championships—in 2020, 2021, and 2025—and has achieved over 15 race wins across six seasons. After tenures with Renault, Alfa Romeo, and Mercedes-AMG, he currently competes for Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing.

Born in Dordrecht, Opmeer began karting at age four, influenced by a family background in the sport. He secured a hat-trick of Dutch national titles between 2009 and 2011, winning the Mini Juniors category twice and the KF3 category once. In 2015, he became the youngest driver in the Dutch and German KZ class championships before graduating to single-seaters in 2016.

Joining MP Motorsport in the SMP F4 Championship, Opmeer finished as runner-up to Richard Verschoor with seven victories and 13 podiums. He also earned five podiums in six races as a wildcard in the Spanish F4 Championship. In 2017, he was inducted into the Renault Sport Academy and competed in the Formula Renault Eurocup, finishing 15th in the standings. He also placed 10th in the Northern European Cup that year, including a podium at Assen. His real-world career concluded in 2018 due to a lack of sponsorship after a partial Eurocup campaign.

Opmeer transitioned to sim racing in 2019, signing with Renault Vitality for the F1 Esports Series. He finished fourth in his rookie season with a victory at the German Grand Prix. Moving to Alfa Romeo for the 2020 season, he claimed his first world title with four wins, including a notable charge from the midfield in China.

In 2021, Opmeer joined Mercedes-AMG, where he defended his title to become the first back-to-back champion in series history, narrowly defeating Frederik Rasmussen by eight points. While the 2022 and 2023–24 seasons did not yield further titles, he remained a frontrunner, finishing fifth and fourth respectively and securing a win at Silverstone.

In August 2024, Opmeer signed a multi-year deal with Oracle Red Bull Sim Racing. During the 2025 season, he won three races and entered the Abu Dhabi finale as the points leader. Despite a challenging qualifying session and an on-track collision with Thomas Ronhaar, Opmeer recovered to finish seventh, securing his record-breaking third drivers' title and the teams' championship for Red Bull.

Opmeer has demonstrated versatility across other platforms, including the Formula E: Accelerate series. Competing for the Mercedes-EQ esports wing, he finished fifth overall in 2021 and was the runner-up in 2022. He also won the 2022 eROC World Final against Lucas Blakeley. In league racing, he is highly decorated in the PSGL series, where he has won seven PC-era titles and 27 races.
