Jordan Lee Pepper (born 31 July 1996) is a South African GT racing driver who has established himself as one of the leading talents in endurance and sprint GT competition. He is the son of former South African Touring Car driver Iain Pepper and younger brother of racing driver Tasmin Pepper. Pepper reached international prominence as a Bathurst 12 Hour winner and later became a Lamborghini factory driver.

Pepper comes from a South African motorsport family, with his father Iain having competed in touring car racing and his sister Tasmin pursuing her own single-seater career. Growing up in this environment, Jordan was drawn toward GT and endurance racing, disciplines where he would develop his core skills.

Pepper made his mark in international GT racing through the Blancpain GT Series, later rebranded as the GT World Challenge Europe, competing across both the Endurance Cup and Sprint Cup formats. His early years in the series built a foundation in pro-class competition alongside established factory drivers.

His breakthrough result came at the 2020 Bathurst 12 Hour, where Pepper co-drove for Bentley alongside Jules Gounon and Maxime Soulet to claim overall victory at the iconic Mount Panorama circuit. The result announced him as a winner at one of endurance racing's most challenging and prestigious events.

After a period away from the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup, Pepper returned to the series in 2023 following a significant step up in his career status. He was appointed a Lamborghini factory driver that year, joining the manufacturer's works programme and aligning himself with one of the most competitive GT manufacturer efforts of the era. In the Endurance Cup he joined fellow Lamborghini factory drivers Andrea Caldarelli and Mirko Bortolotti in Iron Lynx's Pro class entry. In the Sprint Cup he paired with Franck Perera for Vincenzo Sospiri Racing's Pro class entry.

Pepper's victory at the 2020 Bathurst 12 Hour stands as a landmark result. Bathurst is regarded among the most demanding circuits in the world for GT cars, and the 12 Hour format demands exceptional pace across a full day's racing while managing the mountain circuit's unique challenges of Skyline, The Dipper, and the Conrod Straight.

His elevation to Lamborghini factory status in 2023 placed him among an elite group of drivers receiving full manufacturer support, access to the latest technical resources, and selection for top-tier endurance campaigns globally.

In 2025, Pepper claimed one of the sport's most coveted victories at the 24 Hours of Spa, partnering with Mirko Bortolotti and Luca Engstler. The Spa 24 Hours, run on the full Spa-Francorchamps circuit including the Raidillon and Eau Rouge complex, is considered the Blue Riband event of GT endurance racing and victory there confirmed Pepper's standing at the highest level of the discipline.

Jordan Pepper represents the emergence of South African talent in international GT racing at the highest level. His combination of a Bathurst 12 Hour victory and a 24 Hours of Spa win, alongside factory manufacturer backing from Lamborghini, marks him as one of the most successful South African GT drivers of his generation. His career bridges the global nature of modern GT racing, competing across European, Australian, and American series while maintaining factory programme commitments.
