Joshua Michael Bilicki (born June 3, 1995) is an American professional stock car racing driver. He currently competes full-time in the NASCAR O'Reilly Auto Parts Series, driving the No. 07 Chevrolet Camaro SS for SS-Green Light Racing, and part-time in the NASCAR Cup Series, driving the No. 66 Ford Mustang Dark Horse for Garage 66. He has also competed in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series, and various sports car racing series. He won the Outlaw 600 division race at the 2019 World Championship Snowmobile Derby in his home state.

Bilicki began racing at the age of four in kid-karts. He progressed through karting classes, eventually winning the 2008 Road America SKUSA Super-Nationals in 80cc Shifter Karts, a race that included international competition.

In 2011, at the age of fifteen, Bilicki transitioned to sportscar racing, competing in Spec Miata and the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA). Within his first year of sportscar racing, he proved himself by earning two pole positions, four top-five finishing positions, and three podiums. Bilicki continued racing in the SCCA Majors Tour, qualifying for the SCCA National Championship Runoffs each time he attempted. He also debuted in an Area Sportsman Stock Car at Jefferson Speedway in 2012. In 2015, Bilicki began professional sportscar racing in the IMSA Continental Tire Sportscar Challenge while continuing to race Spec Miata in the SCCA U.S. Majors Tour.

Bilicki debuted in the NASCAR Xfinity Series with Obaika Racing at Road America in 2016. He secured the ride by contacting teams with “TBA” on the entry list, and received a call back from Obaika. He later returned to Obaika Racing, driving the No. 97, for the Ticket Galaxy 200, his first oval start since 2012, finishing 28th. He continued with Obaika for the Ford EcoBoost 300, starting 37th and finishing 34th.

In 2017, Bilicki continued with Obaika Racing, and made his Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series debut at Sonoma Raceway, driving the No. 51 for Rick Ware Racing, finishing 36th. He also raced in the Xfinity Series for MBM Motorsports at Michigan International Speedway, finishing 27th. Later in the season, he signed a deal with B. J. McLeod Motorsports to run all three Xfinity Series road courses in the No. 8 entry. At Road America, he finished twelfth.

On February 5, 2018, Bilicki announced he would attempt the full Xfinity season for JP Motorsports, with sponsorship from Prevagen. In 2019, he joined RSS Racing to pilot the No. 38 Chevrolet Camaro for the full Xfinity Series season. He also made his NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series debut at Kansas Speedway, driving the No. 34 for Reaume Brothers Racing. He returned to the Cup Series with Rick Ware Racing at Michigan and Chicagoland. Before the Kansas Lottery 300, he announced he would drive for B. J. McLeod Motorsports for the remainder of the 2019 season.

In 2021, Bilicki competed full-time in the Cup Series for Rick Ware Racing. At the 2021 Coke Zero Sugar 400, he initially finished eleventh, which was later promoted to tenth after Chris Buescher’s disqualification. He also made several starts in the Xfinity Series for SS-Green Light Racing, driving the No. 07 and 17.

During the 2025 Daytona Xfinity Series race, Kris Wright rear-ended Bilicki’s car on pit road on Lap 86, resulting in damage to Wright’s car and minimal damage to Bilicki’s, allowing Bilicki to continue the race and finish fourteenth.

Bilicki would not return to Rick Ware Racing in 2022. Instead, he drove the No. 77 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for Spire Motorsports for a near-full season in the NASCAR Cup Series. In the 2022 Xfinity Series season, Bilicki drove for DGM Racing in the 2022 Beef. It's What's for Dinner. 300, finishing ninth. He also raced for Alpha Prime Racing in the No. 44 and the No. 45. On December 12, 2022, Bilicki was announced to drive the Live Fast Motorsports No. 78 on a part-time schedule in 2023, starting at Circuit of the Americas. On January 12, 2023, it was also announced that he would run part-time in the Xfinity Series for DGM Racing split between the team's Nos. 36 and 91 cars. Bilicki also returned to SS-Green Light Racing to drive their No. 07 car in the Xfinity Series race at Watkins Glen. On August 25, 2023, Bilicki was announced to drive the No. 02 Young's Motorsports for the Milwaukee truck race, where he was involved in an early accident and finished 36th.

On January 4, 2024, it was announced that Bilicki would be one of the drivers of the DGM Racing No. 92 car in the Xfinity Series, starting at Daytona. On May 21, 2024, Bilicki was announced to drive the Joe Gibbs Racing No. 19 car at Portland. On June 20, it was announced that Bilicki would compete in the Cup Series race at the Chicago Street Course, driving the MBM Motorsports No. 66 Mustang. He would drive the DGM Racing No. 91 car in the race at Watkins Glen.

In 2025, Bilicki returned to DGM on another part-time schedule. On November 13, 2025, it was revealed that Bilicki will not return to DGM Racing in 2026. Later that month, on November 29, it was revealed that Bilicki would run the No. 07 Chevrolet for SS-Green Light Racing full-time.
