Leonardo Pulcini (born 25 June 1998 in Rome) is an Italian racing driver who won the 2016 Euroformula Open Championship and subsequently spent two seasons in the GP3 Series before transitioning to sports car racing as a Lamborghini factory driver. His career traces a path from competitive karting through the European single-seater ladder to GT endurance racing.

Pulcini began racing professionally in 2012. In his first season he placed seventh in the KF3 class of the Italian ACI Karting Championship, won the ROK Cup International Final in the Junior ROK category, and competed in the Andrea Margutti Trophy. In 2013 he was runner-up in the Italian Championship KF3 category and competed in the WSK Super Master Series and WSK Euro Series in KF Junior, finishing ninth and sixth respectively. He also reached the runner-up position in the CIK-FIA World Championship that year, though a penalty dropped him from the top of the rankings to second.

In 2014 Pulcini moved into the KF class and made his WSK Champions Cup debut, finishing tenth. He placed 29th in the CIK-FIA Karting European Championship.

Pulcini graduated to single-seaters in 2014, competing with DAV Racing in the inaugural Italian F4 Championship. He finished fourth in the standings despite running as high as second for much of the season, losing crucial points in the final race when two drivers collided with him. He also made a one-race appearance in that year's Euroformula Open at DAV Racing.

In 2015 he joined DAV Racing for a full Euroformula Open campaign. His debut had actually come in 2014 at Spa-Francorchamps and Barcelona, and the 2015 full season with DAV brought his maiden car racing victory at the Red Bull Ring in Austria — a weekend he described as his most emotional moment in his formula career at that point. He finished ninth in the standings and also made a single appearance in the 2015 Auto GP Series.

For 2016 Pulcini moved to Campos Racing. The combination proved decisive: he took seven victories, three pole positions, and eight fastest laps across the season to secure the Euroformula Open title with clear authority.

Following his Euroformula Open title, Pulcini took part in post-season GP3 testing at Yas Marina with Campos Racing in November 2016. He then signed for Arden International for the 2017 GP3 season. A second-place finish at the opening round at Catalunya proved to be his only points finish, and he ended the campaign 14th in the championship.

For 2018, the final season of the GP3 Series, Pulcini returned to Campos Racing. Results improved considerably: he took two race wins and three further podiums to finish fourth in the drivers' standings. He subsequently competed in the 2019 FIA Formula 3 Championship, also taking part in the Macau Grand Prix FIA F3 World Cup round.

Ahead of the 2023 season Pulcini was named a Lamborghini factory driver following a competitive shootout. His first assignment under that factory status was a drive in the GT World Challenge Europe Endurance Cup with Iron Lynx, sharing the Gold Cup class car with Rolf Ineichen and Michele Beretta. He also held an entry in the IMSA SportsCar Championship and competed in the Italian GT Championship, where his current rivals include Italian domestic GT3 Pro front-runners.

Pulcini's career arc — from a karting world championship runner-up finish affected by a penalty, through the Euroformula Open title with Campos, to a competitive GP3 campaign and Lamborghini factory status — reflects a driver who rebuilt momentum consistently across categories. His 2016 Euroformula Open season, with seven wins, remains the standout achievement of his single-seater years.
