Mike Krack (born 18 March 1972) is a Luxembourgish motorsports engineer and executive who served as the Team Principal of the Aston Martin F1 Team from 2022 until early 2025. In January 2025, he transitioned to the role of Chief Trackside Officer as part of an organizational restructure, focusing on maximizing on-track performance. Before joining Aston Martin, Krack held senior engineering and leadership positions at BMW, Sauber, and Porsche.

Krack began his professional career in July 1998 as a test engineer for BMW, working on the manufacturer's emerging engine program. During the final rounds of the 2025 season in Qatar and Abu Dhabi, Krack served as Acting Team Principal following Cowell's re-designation as Chief Strategy Officer.
