Paul Anthony Weel (born 21 July 1979) is an Australian racing driver from the Gold Coast. He has competed in V8 Supercars, the Boost Mobile Super Trucks series, and SCORE International desert racing. Weel also competed in the Australian Stadium Off Road Championship in the 1990s, winning the championship in 1997โ€“98.

Weel competed in the Supercars Championship for a decade between 1998 and 2008, totaling 12 seasons. He began his Supercars career as a privateer in 1998, acquiring an ex-Steve Ellery, ex-Tony Longhurst Falcon. He and his father, Kees, ran a single-car Falcon team for five years before moving to Melbourne to establish their team as part of the TWR 'Clayton' empire, initially under the Team Brock banner and later as PWR Racing. Weel was teammates with Jason Bright and Greg Murphy.

His best race result was a third-place finish at the 2003 Clipsal 500 in Adelaide. He initially crossed the line fourth but was promoted to the podium after a penalty was applied to Russell Ingall. Weel also drove with Stone Brothers Racing and Marcos Ambrose in the 2002 endurance races, achieving a fifth-place finish at the Queensland 500. His best Bathurst 1000 finish was eighth in 1999.

Weel stepped down from full-time driving at the end of 2005 to focus on his growing PWR Performance Products business, remaining an endurance driver for the team for the next three years. On 10 October 2008, he was involved in a serious crash during a practice session at Bathurst when his stationary car was struck by Chris Pither in the Reid Park sector. Weel suffered back fractures (L1 to L4), a split spleen, and a punctured lung, spending a week in intensive care. He returned to competition in 2009, participating in the Sepang 12 Hours and finishing fifth overall.

Weel returned to racing in 2020, joining the Boost Mobile Super Trucks series after a 12-year hiatus from Supercars. He had previously raced stadium trucks in the 1990s. At Hidden Valley Raceway in June 2021, his truck flipped multiple times after contact with Dave Casey on a ramp. The following month at Reid Park Street Circuit, he won the final two races of the weekend, securing his first career overall weekend victory.

In 2020, Weel announced plans to dabble in other forms of off-road racing, including the Mint 400 and the Tatts Finke Desert Race. He purchased a Geiser Brothers vehicle from Dakar Rally winner and SST veteran Toby Price. Weel and Price formed Team Australia to compete in American desert racing under SCORE International. The team recorded its first victory at the Baja 500 in 2024, which was the second round of the 2024 SCORE World Desert Championship Series. Weel was the team owner and co-driver for this win.

Weel and his father, Kees, founded PWR Performance Products in 1997. The company provides high-performance aluminum radiators, intercoolers, and oil coolers for racing, supplying teams in Formula 1, NASCAR, Supercars, DTM, and the World Rally Championship. PWR was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in November 2015. After the company floated, Weel spent six months in America running C&R Racing, a competitor business that PWR acquired. He remains a shareholder in PWR and is also involved in industrial property work.
