Born in the village of Wadi Chahrour, Feghali pursued a dual career as both a racing driver and a professional engineer. He founded and manages Motortune Racing, a team specialising in the preparation and management of rally cars. His technical background informed his approach to vehicle setup and allowed him to compete at an elite domestic level for nearly three decades.
Feghali has won the Lebanese Rally Championship eighteen times: 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2021, 2023, 2024, and 2025. This run of titles, spanning from his early career through his fifties, is unmatched in the national championship's history.
The Rally of Lebanon, a round of the MERC, has been Feghali's signature event. He has won it seventeen times: 2000, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2018, 2021, 2023, and 2025. His sixteenth victory in 2023 was formally recognised by the FIA as a new record for wins at the event. He also finished second overall at the Rally of Lebanon in 2024.
Beyond Lebanon, Feghali competed at a number of international rallies with notable results. He finished second overall and first in Group N at Rally Elpa Halkidikis in the European Rally Championship (ERC) in 2001 and second in Group N at Rally Catalogne in the World Rally Championship (WRC) the same year. At the 2002 Rally Monte Carlo he was classified third in the 1600cc class. He won the Rally d'Antibes in the French Rally Championship in 2015 and claimed the Michelin Trophy and S2000 class at Rallye du Rouergue in 2014. Podium finishes at MERC rounds include second overall at the Jordan Rally in 2009, 2012, and 2013, second at the Troodos Rally in 2009, and second at the Cyprus Rally in 2010 and 2016.
Feghali has been Lebanese Hill Climb Champion from 2015 through 2017 and from 2019 through 2024. He holds course records at TalelRumman Hill Climb in Jordan (victories in 2007, 2013, 2014, and 2023) and the Panorama Hill Climb in Jordan (2024). Across Lebanon he has won 32 individual hill climb events at venues including Deir el Qamar, Falougha, Arsoun, Baabdat, Bkessine, Roumieh, Medyar, Mraijat, Wadi Chahrour, Hasbaya, Blat, and Bikfaya. He is a three-time Lebanese Speed Test champion (2018, 2019, 2021).
Feghali won the Toyota Race of Middle East Champions in 2001 and 2002 and the Red Bull Ras B Ras competition (Middle East Race of Champions) in 2011. In 2023 he finished second in the Masters category of the MENA karting championship in Qatar. He has won 49 Lebanese local rallies and 14 Jordanian local rallies, including multiple editions of Rally du Printemps, Rally des Cedres, Ronde Hivernal, Rally Jezzine, and the Rally of Lebanon local round.
Feghali's career, stretching from 1997 into the mid-2020s, represents an unbroken dominance of Lebanese rally and hill climb competition rare in the history of any national motorsport. His simultaneous management of Motortune Racing reflects a career built equally on technical mastery and driving skill.
