Timothy Andrews (born January 15, 1983) is an American former professional stock car racing driver, engineer, and crew chief. The son of championship-winning NASCAR crew chief Paul Andrews, he transitioned from driving to working on the technical and team-management side of racing after a multi-year career in NASCAR's lower series.

Andrews is the son of Paul Andrews, a NASCAR crew chief with championship-level credentials. That family connection influenced Tim's entry into racing and later provided a professional bridge between his driving and crew careers. The pair notably served together on the same NASCAR team in 2012, making them the first father-and-son driver and crew chief combination in the Sprint Cup Series since 1987.

Andrews began his NASCAR driving career in the Busch North Series in 2002, finishing sixth at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. In 2003 he ran for Rookie of the Year honors in the series, finishing fourth in the season opener, but lost his ride midway through the year due to a loss of sponsorship.

He ran a limited schedule in the series — which was renamed the Busch East Series in 2006 and the Camping World East Series in 2008 — from 2004 through 2008. Andrews scored his first career win in September 2006 at Dover Motor Speedway in the Sunoco 150, beating former Winston Cup Series driver Steve Park in a green-white-checkered finish. In 2007, Andrews made his debut in the ARCA Re/MAX Series at Nashville Superspeedway, running a limited schedule there as well.

Andrews moved into NASCAR's national touring series in 2009, making his Nationwide Series debut at Nashville in the Nashville 300, finishing 33rd. He ran three additional Nationwide Series races that year and five in 2010. In 2011 he attempted most of the Nationwide Series season, taking over the 2nd Chance Motorsports No. 79 following the departure of Jennifer Jo Cobb. He was subsequently let go by that team after the STP 300 at Chicagoland Speedway in a dismissal that also involved the rest of the crew. He completed most of the remainder of the 2011 season driving for Key Motorsports.

Andrews joined Go Green Racing for three of the final four Nationwide Series races of 2011 and returned to the team in 2012, planning a limited schedule in both the Nationwide Series (in association with Randy Hill Racing) and the Sprint Cup Series. The team's Cup Series debut was planned for Bristol Motor Speedway in March 2012 but was delayed until the STP 400 at Kansas Speedway in late April.

In 2013, Andrews shifted focus to the crew side of NASCAR, joining his father Paul at Cunningham Motorsports as a crew chief and driving instructor in the ARCA and K&N Series. He crew chiefed Michel Disdier's No. 22 Dodge at the ARCA season opener at Daytona that year. In 2014 he worked for TriStar Motorsports as car chief for the No. 19 Toyota Camry in the Nationwide Series, driven by Mike Bliss.

In 2016, Andrews became crew chief for Contreras Motorsports in the Camping World Truck Series, which fielded the No. 71 for driver-owners Carlos Contreras and Enrique Contreras III. The team scaled back from a full-time to part-time schedule early in the season, leading to other crew chiefs taking over the pit box for various races throughout the year.
