Utah Motorsports Campus

Utah Motorsports Campus is a permanent racing facility located in Grantsville near Tooele, Utah, notable for operating one of the longest permanent circuit configurations in the world. The full course layout measures 7.770 kilometers (4.828 miles), placing it alongside the Nürburgring Nordschleife, The Bend Motorsport Park in Australia, and Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium as one of only four permanent motor racing circuits globally with an official minimum length of at least 7.000 kilometers. The facility has hosted auto, motorcycle, bicycle, and kart racing, along with driving experiences and corporate events, and has operated under several names through multiple ownership changes since opening in 2006.

The facility opened in April 2006 as Miller Motorsports Park, built and initially operated by the Larry H. Miller Group of Companies. In its opening year it was named Motorsports Facility of the Year by the Professional Motorsport World Expo in Cologne, Germany. The circuit quickly attracted major international series: the FIM Superbike World Championship came to the track beginning in June 2008 under a three-year deal announced in August 2007, sharing the facility with the AMA Superbike Championship. To avoid direct comparisons between the two series and to address sponsorship considerations, World Superbike used the Outercourse configuration while AMA Superbike ran the Full course.

American Le Mans Series and Rolex Sports Car Series events branded as the Utah Grand Prix ran from 2006 through 2010. The off-road circuit hosted a round of the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series from 2010 to 2018. The annual Tour of Utah bicycle race used the park for its time-trial stage. Formula BMW Americas, Atlantic Championship, Star Mazda Championship, IMSA GT3 Cup Challenge, Pirelli World Challenge, and Trans-Am Series all made appearances during the Miller era.

In May 2015, the Larry H. Miller Group announced it would not renew the lease on the Tooele County land when it expired, with the final day of operation under Miller management set for October 31, 2015.

In October 2015, Tooele County voted to sell Miller Motorsports Park to Mitime Investment and Development Group, a subsidiary of Chinese automaker Geely, for $20 million. A court order filed in December 2015 subsequently vacated the sale, finding that the county had unlawfully shortchanged another bidder. Mitime nonetheless took over management of the facility on February 1, 2016, on a temporary basis while the county completed the sale process. The sale to Mitime was finalized in November 2018. The facility operated as Utah Motorsports Campus under Mitime from November 2015 onward.

A Utah state law enacted in 2024 prohibited firms owned or controlled by the governments of China, Iran, North Korea, and Russia from owning real estate in Utah. Authorities determined that Mitime had prohibited links to the Chinese government and ordered the company to divest. PV3 Investments LLC, a holding company affiliated with cyclist Mark Hancock — who also owns Ogden, Utah-based ENVE Composites — purchased the facility in 2026 under UMC Holdings LLC. PV3 created ENVE Motorsports in 2025 in connection with its motorsport ambitions.

Burt Brothers Tire acquired naming rights effective March 2025, renaming the facility Burt Brothers Motorpark. That name operated from March 2025 until January 2026, after which the property passed to the new PV3 ownership group.

The facility offers multiple track configurations suited to different disciplines. The full course, which has given the circuit its standing as one of the world's longest permanent venues, incorporates an outer loop and a technical inner section with a wide range of corner styles. Additional configurations include a shorter outercourse used for World Superbike and a road course variant. The property also contains an off-road circuit and a karting complex. A golf course on the adjacent land, Gateway National Golf Links, was separately developed.

The Superbike World Championship raced at the facility from 2008 through 2012, as did the companion Supersport World Championship. MotoAmerica held rounds from 2015 to 2019. Nitrocross (formerly Nitro Rallycross) staged events from 2018 through 2024, with the inaugural round taking place in September 2021. Formula Drift ran at the track from 2022 through 2025. The Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series event was cancelled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and did not return to the schedule. The World Racing League Western Championship Finale remains a current event at the facility.
