Anthony Francis Alfredo (born March 31, 1999), nicknamed "Fast Pasta," is an American professional stock car racing driver. He has competed in the NASCAR Cup Series, the NASCAR Xfinity Series, and the NASCAR Gander Outdoors Truck Series, and serves as a simulator testing driver for Hendrick Motorsports.

Alfredo started in go-kart racing before a multi-year break to play other sports. He returned to racing in 2014 in Legends cars, then signed with noted short track racer Lee Faulk to run limited late model events, winning the 2016 Southeast Limited Late Model Series Pro Division championship.

In 2017, Alfredo was selected to drive for Dale Earnhardt Jr.'s JR Motorsports in the Late Model division of the CARS Tour, finishing second in the championship behind teammate Josh Berry. He raced late model stocks again in 2018, partnering with Peyton Sellers.

Alfredo joined MDM Motorsports for the full 2018 NASCAR K&N Pro Series East schedule, earning his first win at South Boston Speedway in March. He also entered two ARCA Racing Series events in 2018 through MDM Motorsports, recording a best finish of seventh at Gateway Motorsports Park.

On December 6, 2018, it was announced that Alfredo would join the Truck Series in the No. 17 truck for DGR-Crosley in 2019, starting at Atlanta. In his Truck Series debut he finished seventeenth after qualifying 27th.

Richard Childress Racing announced on December 3, 2019 that Alfredo would drive the No. 21 in the NASCAR Xfinity Series in 2020, sharing the car with Myatt Snider and Kaz Grala. At Kansas Speedway in October 2020, he ran in the top five before being involved in a wreck with Justin Allgaier on a late restart. Later that month at Texas Motor Speedway he scored a career-best finish of third after contending for the lead.

In December 2021, Alfredo was announced to drive the No. 23 Chevrolet full-time for Our Motorsports in 2022. In January 2023, he was announced to drive the No. 78 for B. J. McLeod Motorsports. In November 2023, team owner B. J. McLeod announced Alfredo would not return. On December 7, 2023, Alfredo rejoined Our Motorsports in the No. 5 full-time for 2024.

At the 2024 season finale at Phoenix, Alfredo was parked for two laps by NASCAR for reckless driving after hooking Stefan Parsons in retaliation for Parsons forcing him into the wall. Three days later, NASCAR fined Alfredo US$25,000 and docked him 25 driver points.

In January 2025, Alfredo was announced to drive the No. 42 Chevrolet full-time for Young's Motorsports in the 2025 Xfinity Series season, starting with a 22nd-place DNF at Daytona.

Front Row Motorsports announced on January 6, 2021 that Alfredo would drive the No. 38 car full-time in the NASCAR Cup Series in 2021, replacing John Hunter Nemechek. He finished 30th in the final standings with one top-ten finish. FRM announced in November 2021 that Alfredo would not return to the team in 2022.

For the 2024 season, Beard Motorsports signed Alfredo to drive the No. 62. He finished 27th at the 2024 Daytona 500 and scored a career-best sixth-place finish at Talladega. For 2025, Beard again signed him for multiple races; after failing to qualify for the Daytona 500, he led nineteen laps at Talladega before finishing 28th following the disqualifications of Joey Logano and Ryan Preece.

Alfredo originally qualified for the 2026 Daytona 500, beating out B. J. McLeod and J. J. Yeley in Duel 2, but was disqualified after failing post-qualifying inspection.
